Innostroke showcases its technology at the IoT Solutions World Congress

May 19, 2025

Innostroke’s technology was showcased for the first time at the Startup Pavilion of the IoT Solutions World Congress, one of the most prominent international events in the sector, held last week in Barcelona. The occasion also served to publicly introduce OneCareAI, the new spinoff from the BSC.

Throughout the three-day congress, Innostroke experts -led by Daniele Lezzi and Xavier Guillem from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC)- offered a live demonstration that sparked strong interest among attendees, investors, and professionals from the health and tech industries. The demo allowed participants to see how, using ECG data collected in just 30 seconds via a smartwatch, the technology performs a detailed analysis of various biomarkers that physicians can interpret to detect stroke risk.

In addition, on Thursday, May 15, a short presentation of OneCareAI was held during the congress, highlighting the added value of this new spinoff as a bridge between high-level research and real-world clinical application.

“Our goal in attending this event is to get closer to the market and to establish new connections that will drive further development of our technology,” said Daniele Lezzi, one of the lead researchers behind Innostroke.

By taking part in this major event, Innostroke reinforces its commitment to innovation in digital health, taking another step toward bringing this groundbreaking technology to the market. This effort also strengthens its dedication to collaborating with leading institutions and generating real impact in the lives of patients at risk of stroke.
